Exceptionally good chemical resistance even at 500F
Known for coating frying pans this material has great lubricity, and high temperature capability. It is inherently flame retarded with excellent electrical properties. Without filler it has just moderate strength and stiffness although custom grades with carbon or glass fiber also available.
It is often use as a seal or in harsh chemical environment or to take advantage of its lubricity.
Available in all thicknesses from .005 to .125 thick for stamping.
